WELCOME TO PHOENIX GUARD

WE HAVE COME FROM THE FIRES OF HELL AND BEEN REBORN FROM THE ASHES INTO A STRONG GROUP OF FRIENDS THAT VALUE MEMBERSHIP AND FRIENDSHIP ABOVE ALL ELSE.

WELCOME ALL NEW PLAYERS WANTING TO JOIN PHOENIX GUARD.

INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN JOINING
THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO GET IN THE CLAN:
Please Check back in a while or check out the forum to see when we begin taking applications again
This needs to be completed on the [pG] forum.

1. Start a new post with your screen name that you play with on the server. Tell us a little about yourself (what you do, how old you are, hobbies, etc) Add anything else you would like to tell us. (this will let members who haven't played with you get to know you)
2. It is now required that you post where you are from (state/province/country is sufficient) and generally what time and day(in the server timezone: Eastern Daylight Time) that you play. This is so that members who may not know you can plan to play with you in that general time.
3. You must show MATURITY at all times. This can be accomplished by being 18 or older and using the REQUIRED mic on the server. (The 18 rule is SOMETIMES put aside those that show the required maturity of the server.)
4. It is required that you are ACTIVE in the forum. We care about the forum just as much as we care about the server. We care about our members and want to know how they are doing and what is going on in your lives. This also helps everyone stay in touch. We are more than just CS:S clan. Not being part of the forum can and will cause your removal from the clan or denial of membership request.
5. Your maturity does not stop at the Phoenix Guard server, wearing the [pG] tag means YOU REPRESENT all that we believe in and stand for. If you are found to be disrespectful and/or behaving poorly on any other server, you will be removed as a member of the Phoenix Guard clan.
6. After you read and understand the rules here, COPY AND PASTE THEM WITH YOUR POST.
7. After you post your info and the rules, you will have a 7-week recruitment period with the last week being your vote. This means playing on the server with us AND participating in the forums as much as possible. During this time, if we feel you have been participating on forum and playing in the server sufficiently, your vote will begin. Your vote goes to the current members of Phoenix Guard and will last 1 week. After the 1-week vote, you will be notified whether you are a member, had your recruitment period extended (needed more time on either the server or forum) or have been denied membership.
8. Being part of Phoenix Guard, we expect you to play on our server as much as possible. This does not mean that you cannot play on other servers, it just means that you are more likely to join a dead server than wait for it to fill up on its own. Every member has an enormous influence on how busy the server stays. The more we play, the more we grow together as a group.
9. It is against [pG] clan policy to have any public or clan member be subjected to any type of racial, sexual or orientation harassment. Especially our female players. It will not be tolerated (i.e. zero tolerance policy) The [pG] Clan servers are a fun and inviting environment that should be consider safe for all to enjoy a sensible and engaging online game play. As a member and/or administrator it is your duty to report any abuse of this policy. Especially our female players.
10. If you ask a question that is answered in this list of rules, your application will be deleted and you will be required to start the application process again.

IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING IF YOU ARE CAUGHT HACKING HERE OR ELSE WHERE YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FROM HERE.
